Meissa is your organization’s trusted Apple support partner. We’re here to help you and your users succeed in deploying Apple products.

You’ve probably discovered this site from our Slack integration. We invite our partners to connect with us using Slack for on-demand support **Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm ET**.

## Slack

Meissa Support engineers are available for immediate support Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm ET. Slack is our primary means of communications and direct support. We establish shared channels with your team using Slack Connect or if your organization does not have a Slack subscription we’ll invite your team members to join us as guests in our organization.

### Etiquette

- To open a support request use the Ticket emoji (🎫) to turn any thread into a support ticket.
- Open a request through Slack by typing out a request. Include as much information as possible such as: who this issue relates to, the computers involved (computer name or serial number), and any other additional context
- Keep replies to the same request in thread. This helps keep information organized within the Slack support channel.

## Meissa Chatbot

Our chatbot enables 24/7 support for access to relevant procedures, documentation, LAPS passwords, FileVault recovery keys, and recovery lock passcodes.

An AI powered version of our chatbot is under development and will be available to customers beginning in November 2025.

## Meissa Migration

On occassion an organization may need to migrate devices from one MDM server to another as part of a reorganization or consolidation. Meissa Support customers may engage Meissa for a quote on using Meissa Migration to automate the migration process from any MDM server to a Jamf Pro server.

Our Migration Tools ensures each of the following items is transferred as part of the migration process

- FileVault Recovery Keys
- Bootstrap Tokens
- Identity Provider compliance
  - Microsoft Entra ID: Transfers registration status from one server to the new server
  - Okta Verify: Transfers registration to the new MDM server

This tool can save organizations significant amounts of time and money by automating what previously was a completely manual process. No more shipping out new devices, just migrate the existing one and have a fully migrated environment within 2-4 weeks.
